  • What kind of ironing do you do?
    We are a steam ironing service.
  • What are your working hours?
    Our working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • Do you work on Sundays?
    No, we do not work on Sundays.
  • Do you mix my clothes with other people’s clothes?
    No, never. Each bag is tagged with a unique ID and QR code, so we iron one bag at a time.
  • What happens if my apparel is damaged, stained, or lost?
    While this is extremely rare, we take these claims very seriously. If you find a damaged, stained, or lost item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • How do I download the application?
    You can download our app from the Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS).

 


 

Pricing & Payment

  • What are your service charges?
    We offer a flat-rate price for most garments, including shirts, pants, t-shirts, jeans, sarees, kurtas, and blouses. Prices may differ for heavy clothing with special features, such as gowns with cancan, lehengas, curtains, or bedsheets.
  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    The minimum order for free delivery is 15 clothes.
  • What is the refund/payment failure process?
    Refunds are credited to your account as a cloth credit. If a payment fails, the amount will be reflected in your original source of payment.

 


 

Placing an Order & Delivery

  • How do I schedule a pickup?
    You can schedule a pickup directly through our app. If you’re unable to book using the app, you can call our customer care number at +91-9090903456 for assistance.
  • Do I have to use a Steamee bag?
    Yes, we only accept clothes in our official Steamee bags.
  • What if I don’t have a Steamee bag?
    You can order a bag through the Steamee app either when you schedule a pickup or by going to the “more” options on the homepage and selecting “Request a bag.” We will provide a bag for your future ironing services.
  • How do I get zip tags if I run out?
    You can request extra tags through the “more” options on the app while scheduling your pickup. We’ll provide them to you upon delivery.
  • Are there any pick-up and delivery charges?
    No, there are no pick-up or delivery charges for orders with 15 or more clothes.
  • What is the turnaround time for delivery?
    Your ironed clothes will be delivered within 36-48 business hours.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes. On the app, you can find the “Track” option next to the home button to track your order.
  • What if I’m away when my clothes are delivered?
    You can easily instruct your assigned delivery executive to pick up or drop off your clothes in a secure, accessible location near your address.

 


 

Account & Safety

  • How do I check my order history?
    On the app, simply click the “More” option and then select “Order History” to view all your past orders.
  • What if I leave my personal belongings in my pockets?
    Steamee is not responsible for any personal belongings left in pockets or inside the bag. Please double-check your clothes and bag before handing them over for ironing.
